In 2021, City Index went through a complete branding overhaul as the business felt it needed to shift in a new direction as traders were more casual, and younger with trading not being their full-time job but an additional form of income. Steering away from the typical corporate trader we would have 10 to 15 years ago. City Index needed to reflect this with the way the business visually represented themselves.
Overall, there was a need to develop the company’s communications strategy and manage all brand and communications activities. A crucial part of the business mandate involved company profile raising as well as regional and global positioning. A brand perception and visual communications audit resulted in the need to refresh City Index’s (CI) brand identity and visual communications system
